Party Payments and Variations at Rascal Ranch
- A 50% deposit secures your party booking and is non-refundable.
- You can adjust the final number of children 14 days before the party date when making the final payment.
- The deposit is based on your estimated number of children at the time of booking.
- Final payment, along with confirmed guest numbers, is due 14 days before the party.
- Once final numbers are confirmed, no additional guests can be accommodated due to seating capacity limits in the party area.
Variations by Us
- We reserve the right to change the content of any booking or party package without prior notice.
Cancellation

- full paymentWe can reschedule your party with at least one week’s notice, subject to availability.
- The rescheduled party must be of the same type as originally booked.
Party Bookings
- Party bookings require a minimum of 10 children (8 children for Toddler, Host-less, and Deluxe Host-less parties), including the birthday child.
- Maximum party numbers depend on the room or area allocated at the time of booking and are specific to each site.
- Please note that up to two other parties may take place during the same time slot as yours. The party area is not exclusive.
- We can accommodate up to two additional guests on the day of the party without prior notification, but they must be paid for by the party parent before the celebration.
- Any additional products should be ordered at the time of final payment.
- Please note that refunds will not be provided if children do not turn up to your party, as all food and party preparations are completed in advance of your arrival.
Rules and Responsibilities
- Rascal Ranch’s standard rules of play apply. These are available on our website.
- The party organiser should arrive 15 minutes before the party starts.
- The party organiser must inform Rascal Ranch staff of any food allergies or important information concerning the children in the party.
- Parents bringing siblings who are not part of the party will be charged the standard entrance price. The party organiser can choose to pay for extra adults or siblings on the day or have the reception team charge the guests upon entry.
- The party organiser and parents are responsible for the children at all times.
- Parties are scheduled for a 2-hour time slot. After the party ends, guests are not permitted to stay and play unless they pay the standard entry price.
- No outside catering is allowed, except for the birthday cake (following Natasha’s Law) or with prior arrangement with the manager.
