Please observe the following terms and conditions at all times:
While Rascal Ranch and its staff work diligently to ensure the safety of all visitors, it remains the responsibility of parents and guardians to supervise and accompany their children on the premises. The required ratio is one adult for every six children over five years old, and one adult for every three children under five. Please note that Rascal Ranch is NOT a creche facility.
Parents/guardians must:
- Stay within the building at all times

- For safety reasons, children are not permitted to hold onto the sides of the volcano or climb up the black padded part. This rule is in place to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
- Keep track of their child’s location and ensure the child knows where they are at all times.
Additional Guidelines:
- Children may only use the facility when accompanied by a responsible adult. Guardians must be over 18 years old.
- Children remain the responsibility of parents/guardians at all times.
- Admission grants access for a continuous period of play. Families who leave the building will not be readmitted. Annual pass holders may be re-admitted, but without priority if there is a queue.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Customers who wish to smoke may exit the building only if their children are still supervised inside. Please use the designated smoking areas.
- For safety, children are advised to wear long trousers and long-sleeved shirts and must wear socks at all times while using the play equipment. No shoes are allowed on the play structure.
- Jewelry is worn at your own risk, and children wearing glasses should exercise particular caution.
- No food or drink is allowed on the play equipment, including the Play-frame. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed within the center, except for food and drink for babies under one year old and children with special dietary requirements..
- Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to confiscate alcohol, and anyone deemed to be under the influence will be asked to leave.
- Height and age restrictions imposed by the management must be strictly adhered to for safety reasons. Staff do not have the authority to override these restrictions, so please do not place them in a difficult position.
- Parents/guardians must ensure that children do not become overheated.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards Rascal Ranch staff, management, or other guests—whether from children or adults—will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to enforce bans.
- Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment.
- Rascal Ranch cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings. Parents/guardians should remove any valuables before entering the play area.
- Rascal Ranch encourages children to play, run free, and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. However, parents/guardians must be aware that there are inherent risks associated with children playing together, which include moderate physical activity, tripping, falling, and bumping into fixed objects and other children.
- While we strive to provide all rides, attractions, and facilities as advertised, we cannot guarantee that they will be available at all times. Management reserves the right to alter attractions as necessary without prior notice. Rascal Ranch has taken every reasonable step to minimize risks through the design, maintenance, and operation of the facility. However, it is impossible to eliminate all risks completely while providing a stimulating environment, and parents/guardians must recognize and accept these risks.
- No animals are permitted inside Rascal Ranch unless they are registered guide or assistance dogs accompanied by their owners.
